You will now be able to buy your tickets direct from your on site travel centre
based in the heart of Cobalt.

A vast range of Bus & Metro tickets are available for Go North East, Arriva, Network Ticketing and Nexus on a weekly, monthly or annually.* By pre-ordering you can save not only money also time.


Please complete the online application form which you will only
need to do once and click submit, you will then be given a unique
reference number for repeat orders by e-mail quoting your
Cobalt Travel Club number.
In the case of Go North East, Arriva and Nexus your ticket will be delivered to your reception at a pre-arranged time and payment will be taken by credit, debit card or cash we are unable to accept cheque payments at this time.

For Network Ticketing you will be able to visit the travel office
on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday between the hours of
8.00am and 2.30pm, by appointment outside these hours,
or you can purchase tickets over the phone on: 0191 257 6457.

We have also arranged for an Annual Travel Club Scheme which will also further drive down the cost to you. Most companies offer interest free loans or a salary sacrifice scheme and buying in bulk for the whole estate offers
greater flexibility and discounts.
