Business Exchange launched at Cobalt

A 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sq m) serviced offices facility created from the former Atmel HQ, has been launched by Highbridge, the developers of Cobalt office park.

With the capacity to accommodate 800 people the Cobalt Business Exchange incorporates a range of office suites, with occupiers benefiting from a state-of-the-art conference centre for 100 delegates, meeting and presentation rooms, reception area and a “future proof” telecommunications system. A Continental café is also planned.

Scott Ashall of Highbridge, said: “The Business Exchange offers flexible, state-of-the-art serviced office facilities at a very competitive cost, along with the on-site benefits of being part of a world class business park. These include superb transport links, personalised travel plans and discounted travel as well as a community card offering discounts on leisure and retail.”

Highbridge is currently talking to a number of companies interested in taking space at the Business Exchange. “Up to now we have not been able to offer space to smaller companies. Now they can also benefit from being part of the Cobalt community,” he added.

All occupiers at Cobalt are part of the Cobalt community, and can benefit from social and sporting activities including a five-a-side league, Tai Chi Classes, Cobalt pool bikes and walking and running clubs.
