Building upon strong foundations

"Our picture shows the new multi-million-pound Newcastle Building Society (NBS) offices, which will create 500 jobs...Work is already under way on the 100,000- sq ft four –storey building at the Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside.

Colin Seccombe, chief executive of Newcastle Building Society, said: "Cobalt Business Park offers us the best solution in terms of location and facilities. We are working with the developers of Cobalt Business Park, Highbridge, to design the high spec office space, which will house equipment to allow us to continue providing the highest level of service to our customers."
