Minister takes hammer to offices

"North East Minister Nick Brown has welcomed the completion of a building society’s new Tyneside office block, which will create up to 500 jobs in the next five years.

The Newcastle East and Wallsend MP attended an event making the completion of Newcastle Building Society's new office facility at Cobalt Business Park, North Tyneside, which is set to create up to 500 jobs over the next five years.

..the four storey block is a flagship building at the entrance to Cobalt Business Park, the largest office park in the UK, being developed by Highbridge Business Park Limited."
