Tyneside park proves its mettle

A computer services company has taken the whole of the 100,000 sq ft Cobalt 2 at Highbridge Properties’ Cobalt business park in North Tyneside.

EDS, which already occupied 20,000 sq ft at the park on a temporary basis, will be paying £15 per sq ft. At the same time, a local public-sector body is set to sign up for 30,000 sq ft building at the park at a rent close to £15.75 per sq ft.
