We truly believe in the benefits of a sustainable working environment

Highbridge operate a sustainability policy designed to ensure that in partnership with our contractors and consultants we aim to deliver buildings with low energy demands and the highest possible green credentials.

Wherever possible we specify the use of building materials and employ construction methods designed to optimise the preservation of natural resources.

We also strive to drive sustainable transport solutions by incorporating green travel plans, providing integrated public transport solutions and, wherever possible, designing our buildings to facilitate occupiers own carbon reduction plans.  

It is our ambition to always deliver our buildings to a BREEAM excellent rating and to achieve an A rating in Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
